Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately we can't offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at liz.meek@agmeek.co.uk. Once your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how to send your item back to: A G Meek, 16 St David's Way, Cardiff CF10 2DP. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. To cancel, contact us at liz.meek@agmeek.co.uk as soon as possible.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For international returns, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We only replace items in the event of a manufacturing fault. For unworn item exchanges, contact us at liz.meek@agmeek.co.uk.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we receive it. If the order was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
