Free Postage and Packing is normally via Royal Mail 48 tracked.

When you order from our website on standard service, you can expect to receive your order within 4-5 business days.

If you select express delivery we send via Royal Mail 24 tracked or DPD. You should then expect delivery in one to three days

If you need something quicker or would like to collect an item from one of our stores please phone a store and the staff will try to help you.

We primarily sell through stores. We try to dispatch all website orders within 24 hours of receipt but generally send website orders early in the day before the shops get busy.

We cannot generally offer same day dispatch, however if you need something urgently please phone one of our shops and ask if they are able to get it to the post office.

International Shipping

Please note we are not able to pay any customs or import duties in advance. If you buy from us from outside the UK you may have to pay import or customs duties before the carrier will deliver to you. Please check the local rules for your country before ordering.

Please note that we sell in UK or Continental sizes which are different from US or Australian sizes.

RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS WITH A G MEEK ARE EASY:

• You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
• Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
• If posting please wrap the box in a plastic bag and avoid getting sticky tape on the box itself.

Please use a tracked or signed for service and enclose the original packing note or a note of your details and state if you would prefer a refund or exchange. Royal Mail 48 tracked or Second Class signed for is the most economical method for most of our products.

Post Office staff are trained to SELL you Royal Mail Special Delivery at more than twice the Price of Second Class post. Special Delivery is a good service if you are sending very high value items that have to be delivered next day. It is not a suitable service for returning shoes.

You are also welcome to drop off any returns at one of our shops but please note that any refund has to be made through our website not the shop till. 

It is not always possible to process the refund for online orders immediately as it has to be actioned at head office but we always aim to do so within 24 hours.

• Once your return is received and inspected by us your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 working days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery will only be made to the cardholder’s registered address.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

On receipt of your order we will dispatch your goods as described above.

If your chosen goods are out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email. We will not charge you until we have confirmed your goods are available.

In the case of orders greater than 1 pair of shoes goods may be despatched at different times.

CANCELLATIONS

Should you wish to cancel your order please call 02920395101 and we will be happy to stop your order and refund any money owed.
